At the recent Northamptonshire Business Expo which took place on Thursday 22nd November, staff from Lamb & Holmes ran a competition offering the chance of winning a luxury M&S Christmas Hamper to all of those people who visited the Lamb & Holmes stand.
The competition was indeed not as easy as it looked! With entrants having to guess the number of small lambs contained in the ten house boxes which were positioned around the exhibition stand. Trying to guess how many lambs were in the homes, without being able to see inside all of the boxes was certainly very tricky.
The successful winner who guessed the correct amount of 61 lambs was Hazel Stewart from TACT, the UK’s largest fostering and adoption charity based on Station Road in Kettering. Last year alone TACT received over 5,000 referrals for children who could not be looked after by their own family. Hazel said, “It was so lovely to receive the phone call from Lamb & Holmes on Monday morning to find out that I had, in fact, won the hamper. It will certainly be enjoyed here, after the busy run up to Christmas is over.”
