Carol Marshall

Expertise
Carol started her career in law in 1998 and began her legal executive studies in 2002. She moved across to family law in 2005, where she worked in her first position as a fee earner.

Carol qualified as a fellow of the chartered institute of legal executives in 2010 and transferred across to the private client department in the same year.    

Experience
Carol is based in the private client department at Lamb & Holmes and manages all private client matters for the Corby office. After qualifying, she worked for another firm of solicitors for over 21 years and has a wide range of experience, not just in private client but also in family law.

Carol is proficient in dealing with probate matters and has a great deal of experience with matters concerning lasting power of attorney, court of protection, inheritance and estate planning.

Carol has a very understanding personality when considering the sensitive issues which some of her clients may be experiencing. She is extremely supportive, offering exceptional personal and professional service.
