Lamb & Holmes Civil Litigation Department specialises in Dispute Resolution. Disputes come in many forms, in the workplace, with a friend, a neighbour, a family member, or in relation to a product or service. Our experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives have a wealth of experience helping clients resolve their disputes. We will provide you with legal advice and support necessary to ensure your dispute is resolved in a cost effective manner.
There are many ways to solve a dispute. Where possible, we will negotiate on your behalf to resolve the dispute, trying to avoid the additional cost and the stress of going to Court. Court proceedings should only be considered as a last resort but sometimes they cannot be avoided. In these circumstances, we will fight tirelessly to protect your best interests and ensure the dispute is resolved to your satisfaction.
We understand that each dispute is different. Your dispute will always be dealt with in a timely manner and that you are kept informed on the progress of your matter.
We currently offer an initial fixed fee consultation for £250.00+VAT*
The initial fixed fee provides you with the opportunity to discuss your dispute with an experienced Legal Advisor who will explain to you the likely prospects of success, approximately how long your case may take to conclude, and the likely costs that could be involved. We will provide you with an honest evaluation of your dispute.
Our Dispute Resolution Department specialise in supporting private individuals with their disputes. We blend legal expertise, commercial acumen and natural empathy to guide your case through to a conclusion.
We aim to make the dispute resolution process simple. If your dispute cannot be resolved through discussion or mediation, we are well equipped to represent you in court proceedings.
