Whether you are an individual or a business seeking assistance with debt recovery, our Debt Recovery Department offers a ‘fixed fee’ for the first consultation. The cost of our fixed fee consultation is £250.00+VAT.  

During your consultation, you will be provided with a costing draft which will give you a clear indication of the costs that may be involved.  

More often than not, the sending of the ‘Letter Before Action’ has a positive effect, recovering a response and thereafter leading to an Agreement between you and the Debtor regarding repayment without further action being required. When that does not happen, we are able to provide a litigation service to assist through the issuing of Court proceedings.
