Holly joined Lamb & Holmes in 2021 as an apprentice, before becoming secretary to the Managing Partner and was appointed Office Manager in 2026.

Experience
Holly manages the smooth running of both the Kettering and Corby Offices on a day-to-day basis.
Holly deals with a wide range of duties including managing the HR and procurement functions. She looks after the office budget and liaises with staff and suppliers. Holly is responsible for implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems and ensures that health and safety policies are kept up to date.

Going to the gym, cooking and puzzles.
