Experience
Kalminder is head of our Family Law department and has over 21 years’ experience as a Solicitor. After qualifying she previously worked for another firm for 12 years and has experience in Civil Litigation although has worked consistently in Family Law throughout her training and post qualifications.

Kalminder is a Member of the Law Society’s Family Panel of Specialist Practitioners and a Member of Resolution.

Kalminder also has experience with the distribution of assets which are based outside of the UK and with the allocation of pensions following a relationship breakdown.

Over her career, Kalminder has developed a good understanding of various specialist areas of divorce. For instance when a relationship breaks down and the couple owns and run a business together, such as an agricultural business or farm for example.
