Introduction

Every department plays an important part in keeping our Firm moving. Today, we’re introducing you to our Conveyancers and explaining what they do here – the people who help to assist both individuals and companies with Residential Property transactions, guiding clients through what can sometimes feel like a complicated process. Lamb & Holmes Solicitors have been offering residential conveyancing services to the Northamptonshire and surrounding areas for over 200 years.

For most people, buying or selling a property is the biggest single financial transaction that they will ever be involved in.  It is no surprise that for many the process of buying or selling a home is considered to be one of the most stressful life experiences. Having an experienced Conveyancer on hand, can make everything feel clearer and more manageable.

What We Do

Our Conveyancers deal every day with people who are buying or selling their homes or other properties. Some of their clients are first-time buyers with limited experience and funds. Others are further up the property ladder or are looking for investment property. 

Between our three current Conveyancers, they have over 80 years of collective Conveyancing experience.

As well as assisting with a sale or purchase, or perhaps both, our Conveyancers also offer a wide range of conveyancing services including the following: –
